Early check-in before PM 3:00 a surcharge of 5,500 yen per hour will be added.
After AM10:00 a surcharge of 2,000 yen per hour will be added.
Accompanying pets
Pets are not allowed.

Please separate your garbage. Please put them in the garbage bins for each type of garbage.
no smoking in the whole building
Please smoke outside the premises.
Security
When you go out, please put your valuables in the safety deposit box. Please lock the door.
Consideration for Neighboring Residents
After 9:00 PM, please be considerate of the volume of conversations, audio, etc. No parties are allowed.
Change of linen
Bed linen (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase) will be changed every 4 days. Towels and amenities (toothbrush, cotton, hairbrush, razor, etc.) are changed every 2 days. If you would like us to change additional amenities, we will charge 200 yen per person for amenities, 300 yen per person for towels, and 500 yen per person for linens.

Ozone generator
Sterilizes with ozone. Ozone is a highly oxidizing gas, and its properties are used to remove moldy odors, bacteria, viruses, and organic matter from water.
